This month, we’re proud to share our Retailer Spotlight on Cadden Bros. Beer Distributor, a longtime family-owned business serving the West Scranton community!

Owned by Donna Cadden, Jim Cadden, and Billy Cadden, with Donna also serving as manager of Cadden Bros. They have built their business around family, community, and great service.

For 72 years, Cadden Bros. has been a part of the local community, with the family noting that the business has been family-owned and operating in West Scranton since 1956.

Customers can find a wide variety of products at Cadden Bros., including domestic, imported, and craft beer, canned cocktails and seltzers, soda, water, ice, cigars, cigarettes, and lottery. Whether you’re stocking up for the weekend or stopping in for your favorites, they have plenty to choose from.

One of the most interesting stories about Cadden Bros.? The building may be haunted! According to the family, the building is home to two spirits, one male and one female, and a Penn State paranormal team even came in to observe.

When it comes to their favorite beer, their answer keeps it simple: “All — cold and wet!” with Yuengling Lager getting a special mention.

With decades of history behind them, Cadden Bros. is a great example of the family-owned businesses that continue to make our local communities special. We’re proud to work with retailers who have built lasting relationships with generations of customers.
